Posted by madcoderjj   •   Thursday, 2011-October-27
AutoLog v1.8 correct the major crashing error uncovered by iOS 5. v1.9 is in the process of being reviewed by Apple. This version corrects a similar issue when trying to delete any records. Currently if you are using iOS 5 AutoLog will crash when try and use the delete function. I'm sorry that I missed this issue when rushed to fix the other crash issue.

Warning! iOS 5 Issue
Posted by madcoderjj   •   Wednesday, 2011-October-12
There is a problem with AutoLog under iOS 5. If you try to change cars or navigate to the Cars Detail screen the app crashes. All other functionality seems to be okay under iOS 5. I am currently working to correct this issue.

With the next release of AutoLog I plan to provide better support of the iPad and support full-screen mode. This will greatly enhance the readability, especially when reviewing reports.

AutoLog v1.7
Posted by madcoderjj   •   Wednesday, 2011-August-24
The current release of AutoLog, version 1.7 is the last release that will support iOS 3.x. The next release will be for iOS 4.x and higher.

This change is needed in order to implement the calendar functions that are available with iOS 4. The addition of calendaring will provide the ability to schedule maintenance reminders etc.

Also new with the release was the addition of lots of maintenance categories. There have been many requests for this enhancement and this is just the first step.

These new categories will allow AutoLog users to better organize their data. In a future release the concept of grouping items by their respective invoice will be implemented better then it currently is today.
